Support for a more grounded, fulfilling you.
Individual, culturally attuned therapy for your mental, emotional and cultural well-being. Every service starts the same way: a free 15-minute conversation about what you need.

Individual Therapy
A private space to work through what’s weighing on you, at your pace. Sessions are one-to-one and shaped around you: some weeks we’ll look at what happened, other weeks at what’s underneath it.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words. We’ll find them together.
Often helps with
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Low mood
- Stress and burnout
- Relationship patterns
- Self-worth and perfectionism
- Life transitions
-

Culturally Attuned Therapy
Therapy that makes room for your background, identity, faith, family expectations and lived experience, so you don’t have to explain or translate yourself.
Culture isn’t a side note to your story. It shapes how you were raised, how you grieve, what you owe others and what you allow yourself. We treat it as part of the work.
Often helps with
- Family and cultural expectations
- Faith and values
- Navigating two worlds
- Guilt, duty and boundaries
-

Holistic Support
Care for mind, body and spirit. Alongside talking, we pay attention to how stress lives in your body, how you rest, where your boundaries are and what gives your life meaning.
A whole-person approach, so the changes you make can actually hold.
Often helps with
- Nervous-system regulation
- Rest and recovery
- Boundaries
- Meaning and purpose
-

Identity & Belonging
For anyone who has felt “between cultures”: too much of one place, not enough of another. Immigration, second-generation pressures and the quiet work of figuring out who you are when the expectations come from every direction.
Often helps with
- Immigration and resettling
- Second-generation pressures
- Feeling between cultures
- Identity and self-understanding
-

Grief & Life Transitions
Loss doesn’t follow a schedule, and big changes can unsettle even when they’re wanted. We make space for grief in all its forms, including the losses that don’t always get named, and for the in-between seasons of life.
Often helps with
- Bereavement
- Endings and separations
- Moves and career change
- Becoming a parent or caregiver
-

Racial & Intergenerational Trauma
Trauma-informed, carefully paced support for the effects of racism and discrimination, and for patterns passed down through families. We go slowly, build safety first, and you stay in charge of what we explore and when.
Often helps with
- Racial stress and discrimination
- Family patterns and inherited pain
- Hypervigilance and exhaustion
- Reclaiming your own story
