Therapy services

Every service is offered online and in person, in 50-minute sessions. If you’re not sure which one fits, that’s what the free consultation is for. We’ll work it out together.

The six services

  • Individual therapy

A private space to work through anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, relationships and life transitions, at your pace.

Sessions are one-to-one. We begin with what feels most pressing and build from there, revisiting the plan as things change.

  • Culturally attuned therapy

Therapy that makes room for your background, identity, faith, family expectations and lived experience, so you don’t have to explain or translate yourself.

Culture shapes how we grieve, how we ask for help and what we were taught to keep private. It belongs in the room.

  • Holistic support

Care for mind, body and spirit: nervous-system regulation, rest, boundaries and meaning, grounded in a whole-person approach.

Useful when stress lives in the body as much as the mind, or when talking alone hasn’t been enough.

  • Identity and belonging

For people navigating immigration, living between cultures, or the particular pressures of being second generation.

Space to hold more than one home, more than one set of expectations, and to find where you fit on your own terms.

  • Grief and life transitions

The loss of a person, a place, a role or a version of yourself. Room to grieve, and steady support while life reshapes around it.

That includes the changes no one sends a card for: a move, a diagnosis, a relationship ending, a career that no longer fits.

  • Racial and intergenerational trauma

Trauma-informed and carefully paced work with the impact of racism and discrimination, and with what has been carried through families.

We never push faster than feels safe. Stabilising and building resources come first.
